The New Holland L321 is a mid-size radial-lift skid steer in New Holland's 300 Series. It runs a 74 hp FPT 3.4L Tier 4 Final diesel with a 2,100 lb rated operating capacity and 123 in of hinge pin height. The radial arm gives strong breakout for digging, grading and pushing. The 300 Series added an 8-inch LCD display with a built-in backup camera, a creep mode on electro-hydraulic models, optional Ride Control and Self Level, and a cab and boom that both tilt forward for service. Below are the L321's specs, the problems we see most, and the replacement parts we carry that fit it.

Common Issues & Fixes:
Oil leaking from the engine or crankcase pressure building up: A loaded-up crankcase breather pushes oil out at the seals and gaskets on the F5H engine. Replace the crankcase breather filter 5801686484 on the service schedule.
Engine running hot: Clean the radiator from the fan side daily in dusty or chaff-heavy work, and check coolant level. If temps stay high with clean fins, replace the radiator 47946380.
Attachments won't lock or the levers feel loose: Replace bent or worn left-hand or right-hand quick attach handles so the wedges seat fully.
Chaincase oil low or contaminated: The L321's chaincase holds 27.5 quarts. Check the level and condition regularly, because low or dirty oil wears drive chains, sprockets and axle bearings.
