Shipping & Returns

Broken Tractor engages in a number of practices to achieve total customer satisfaction. Firstly, we manufacture our parts in house to maintain strict quality standards. Secondly, we are ready to ship these parts as soon as they are purchased, and they are often delivered the next business day. Lastly, we have a generous policy of returns and exchanges to ensure our customers are satisfied with the part they receive.

Shipping:

Do you need your part quickly? You're in luck! We have warehouses all over the country to ensure a quick and easy delivery time. Most of our parts ship from our warehouses the same day you place your order. And many times, orders are delivered the next business day!

Our in house parts are manufactured following strict quality standards in our warehouse in Ohio. Parts such as hydraulic cylinders, pins, bushings, sheet metal, track adjusters, booms and dipper sticks are all ready to ship same day that they are purchased! With less time to wait for your shipment, you will be able to get back to work as quickly as possible.

Please take note of the few shipping policies that we have in place:
  • Additional shipping charges may be incurred if incorrect or incomplete address is provided with order.
  • Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Expedited Shipping - we do offer expedited shipping as a service to our customers for an extra fee. These shipping charges however are not guaranteed or warrantied.

Exchanges:

Did you accidentally purchase the incorrect part? We offer returns and exchanges here at Broken Tractor. To proceed with a return, please call us toll free, and we will provide you with return authorization and a step by step return process for your convenience. We are more than happy to help you exchange your part for the correct one! Give us a call at (800) 909-7060 and we would be pleased to help you.

Returns:

 If you have accidentally purchased the incorrect part and wish to return it, we would be more than happy to help you do so. Please take note of the following:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days.
  • 20% restocking fee may be applied.
  • PLEASE CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS (877) 509-0666.
  • Parts may NOT be returned without a return authorization number.
  • Please do NOT refuse shipments unless parts were damaged in shipping. Doing so WILL result in a 30% restock fee, regardless of reason for refusal.
  • Glass is NOT returnable, please check measurements prior to ordering.
  • Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kits are NOT returnable once the package is opened.
  • Please call us with a tracking number or any returned items, so that we will see when they arrive for credit.
  • Return shipping will be paid for if a part is shipped to you incorrectly (i.e. part shipped does not match part ordered).
  • Return Shipping will be paid on defective parts.
  • Return shipping will be NOT be paid for incorrectly ordered parts or parts not needed.
