New Holland added the C237 to its 200 Series in August 2017 as a vertical-lift Super Boom track loader with high lift capacity and a 74 hp FPT diesel that meets Tier 4 without DEF. That means there's no second fluid tank to fill or freeze. It has 131 in of hinge pin height and 34 in of reach for loading high-sided trucks, plus up to 37.6 GPM of high flow for attachments. Common Issues & Fixes:

• Engine or hydraulics running hot: Debris packs the radiator and cooler fast on farm and land clearing work, especially with a high-flow attachment running. Blow out the cores from the fan side daily, keep coolant and hydraulic oil at the full mark, and replace a leaking or internally plugged radiator 84379154.
• Tracks derailing or wearing unevenly: Usually loose track tension, packed mud, or worn idlers and sprockets. Clean out the undercarriage daily, keep tension at spec, and replace the front idler, rear idler or drive sprocket once they show flat spots, wobble or hooked teeth.
• Cab blower only works on high: This is the classic sign of a failed blower motor resistor 47442580.
• Cab door cracked, sprung or not sealing: A poor seal causes cab pressurization to drop and lets dust in. The 200 Series door assembly kit NH200DK fits the C237.
• Attachments won't lock or the levers feel loose: Replace bent or worn left-hand or right-hand quick attach handles so the wedges seat fully.
• Broken taillight: Rear lights take hits backing into brush and trailers. Replace with the red taillight 87627854.
