Where the 100C fits in the IH / Dresser line

The IH 100C is a mid-size International Harvester crawler loader and is the direct predecessor to the IH 100E. The platform shares a great deal of running gear with its larger sibling, the 125 loader, and the TD7/TD8 dozers - notably steering-brake packs and seat cushions. That cross-fit is the single most useful fact when sourcing service parts for one of these machines: many components that read “TD7/TD8” on the box drop into a 100C without modification.

The IH 100C runs an IH diesel through a mechanical drivetrain into a tracked undercarriage. Loader hydraulics drive bucket lift and tilt.
