Easy to confuse with 1139539 (Caterpillar 113-9539). Both modules are the same 1491 mm length and differ by about 8 mm in height - Caterpillar itself shows 109-3622 as a related part on the 113-9539 page. Measure the module you are replacing; the two are not interchangeable.
Caterpillar's catalog adds the 657 and 657B wheel scrapers to the machines the supplier list carries.
