Engine, hydraulics, and drivetrain

The 21F runs a Tier 4 Final compact diesel through a hydrostatic drivetrain - no traditional power-shift transmission, no torque converter; instead a closed-loop hydrostatic pump drives wheel-end motors. Loader hydraulics share the same hydraulic system as the drive on most compact loader architectures, but with separate priority valving.
