• Engine. Tier 4 Final Case diesel with electronic engine control, cooled EGR, and common-rail injection. The G-series engine package replaced the F-series Tier 4 Interim layout with a full Tier 4 Final solution.

The 1121G runs a Tier 4 Final Case diesel through a power-shift transmission with full DPF + DEF + SCR aftertreatment. The engine drives a variable-displacement piston pump for the loader circuit, a separate steering pump for the articulated steering circuit, and the power-shift transmission feeds heavy-duty axles with planetary final drives at the wheel ends.

The articulated frame is steered by twin hydraulic cylinders. Service brakes are wet-disc and integrated into the axle housings.
