Broken Tractor carries two thermostats listed for the Takeuchi TB175, so the correct one depends on your machine. Part Y121850-49801 is for the Yanmar 4TNV94L and 4TNV98 engines and also fits the TB175W, TB180FR and TB285, while part 19115-05421 also fits the TB135, TB145 and TB153FR. What are the signs of a bad thermostat on a Takeuchi excavator?

A thermostat that sticks will cause the engine to run either too cold or too hot. The thermostat regulates coolant flow to hold the engine near its 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) operating temperature, so readings that stay well above or below normal point to a problem. Replace it at the first sign of trouble to protect the engine.

Yes, we carry both the top radiator hose, part 05540-02001, and the bottom radiator hose, part K5540-02002, for the Takeuchi TB260 compact excavator. These hoses carry coolant between the engine and the radiator. Cracked or collapsed hoses cause coolant leaks and overheating, so replace them as soon as they start to deteriorate.

Which radiator and oil cooler combo fits a Takeuchi TB180 or TB180FR?
