The front linkage on a Cat 307 uses three pins. These are a link to dipper pin (180-7809), a bucket to dipper arm pin (180-7810) and a link to cylinder pin (180-7811). Broken Tractor offers all three for the E70B, 307, 307B, 307C and 307SSR.

Does the H-link for a Cat 307 come with bushings?

Yes, the H-link (235-3793) for the Cat E70B and 307 series includes bushings. If you only need to replace worn bushings in your existing H-link, we also carry the open end H-link bushing (218-5197) and the closed end H-link bushing (218-5429) as separate parts.

Are the left and right link to dipper parts different on a Cat E70B or 307?

Yes, the left and right links are separate parts and are not interchangeable. The left hand link to dipper (7I-2152) has a bolt hole, and the right hand link to dipper is part number 7I-2153. Both fit the E70B, 307, 307B, 307C and 307SSR.

What do I need to rebuild the bucket linkage on a Cat E70B or 307 excavator?

A full linkage rebuild usually calls for new pins and bushings plus fresh sealing parts. For the E70B and 307 series we carry the seal (093-1430), the O-ring (093-1341), a bushing (242-3740) and the PV7012 shim and seal kit. A steel bushing driver removal and installation tool is also available to help press old bushings out and new ones in.
