We want returns to be simple and fair. Please review the information below before sending any parts back.
Return Eligibility and Timing
- Most items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- Please contact us before returning any part to receive an RMA number.
- Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Restocking Fees
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- No restocking fee applies if we shipped the wrong part or the part is defective.
- Refused shipments are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Labels
- We will provide a return shipping label.
- If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered or no longer needed), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee may apply.
- If the return is due to our error or a defective part, there are no shipping deductions or restocking fees.
Incorrect or Damaged Parts (Photos Required)
If you receive an incorrect or damaged part, please contact us right away.
Please email or text photos of:
- The part
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
This helps us confirm the issue and start a UPS claim if needed.
Do not return the part until we provide instructions.
Seal Kits
Opened seal kits may be returned within 30 days only if all pieces are included and undamaged. Missing or damaged pieces cannot be refunded.
Advance Replacement Returns (Important)
In some cases, we ship a replacement part before receiving the original.
- The original part must be returned within 14 days of the replacement ship date.
- If it is not returned or in transit after 14 days, we will invoice you or reverse the credit for the replacement.
This applies even if the 30-day return window has not expired.
Common Examples
- We shipped the wrong part: Replacement and return label provided. No fees.
- You ordered the wrong part: Return the original part. Return shipping (and any restocking fee) will be deducted from the refund.
