Description:

The Case 586 Forklift is the base platform for one of Case’s most successful lines of rough terrain forklifts, preceding the lettered models like the 586C, 586D, 586E, 586G, and 586H. Designed for heavy-duty lifting in construction, lumber, and industrial applications, the original 586 delivers a 6,000 lb lift capacity, reliable mechanical controls, and rugged performance on off-road terrain.

Though early Case 586 models vary by year and minor spec revisions, they generally feature a powerful Case diesel engine, power shuttle transmission, and a two- or three-stage mast with tilt and optional side-shift. It remains a go-to model for operators who value mechanical simplicity and proven durability.
