The serial number plate for the John Deere 314G is located on the right side of the machine, behind the operator’s cage.

For 13-digit VIN plates, the last six digits are also stamped into the frame beneath the plate.

For 17-digit VIN plates, the full VIN is stamped near (but not directly beneath) the plate.
Use the serial number when identifying part compatibility or confirming production specifications.
