Broken Tractor Warranty and Return Information

Core Return Information

  • Please CALL for core return instructions (877) 509-0666

  • Cores must be returned within 30 days for full refund.

  • Please call us with a tracking or PRO # on all returns so that we can track the package or item on itís way to us. (877) 509-0666.

  • We are flexible regarding our core refund schedule.  If you need a little extra time installing a part, we will gladly work with you however, we must be notified BY PHONE, and a note will be added to your invoice accordingly.

  • All cores must be COMPLETE.

  • Injection Pumps may not be burnt or dissembled.

  • Cylinder Heads may not be ground or welded anywhere.

Core Refund Schedule

  0-30 Days = Full Available Refund

 31-60 Days = 75% Available Refund

 61-90 Days = 50% Available Refund

91-120 Days = 25% Available Refund

 > 120 Days = No refund

 

All Other Returns

  • All returns must be made within 30 days.

  • 20% Restocking Fee will apply.

  • Parts may NOT be returned without a return authorization number.

  • Please do NOT refuse shipments unless parts were damaged in shipping.  Doing so WILL result in 30% restock fee, regardless of reason for refusal.

  • Returning parts to incorrect location or without authorization number will result in additional restocking and/or shipping charges.

  • Glass is NOT returnable, please check measurements prior to ordering.

  • Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kits are NOT returnable once package is opened.

  • Please call us with a tracking number on any returned items, so that we will see when they arrive for credit.

 

Shipping

  • Return shipping WILL be paid if a part is shipped out incorrectly. (part shipped does not match part ordered)

  • Return shipping will be paid on defective parts.

  • Return shipping will NOT be paid for incorrectly ordered parts or parts not needed.

  • Additional shipping charges may be incurred if incorrect or incomplete address is provided with order.

  • Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Expedited Shipping - We do offer expedited shipping as a service to our customers, for an extra fee.  These shipping charges however are not guaranteed or warrantied.

 

Warranty Information

At Broken Tractor, we strive to maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction and do stand behind all of our products.  If a part or component is incorrect or not working properly, we will take all necessary measures to get you up and running again as quickly as possible.  With this in mind, please allow us to be as helpful as possible by adhering to the following guidelines:

  • All REBUILT parts carry a 90 day parts warranty. (unless specified otherwise)

  • All USED parts carry a 30 day parts warranty. (unless specified otherwise)

  • If you do have a problem with a part or component, please notify us a soon as possible by CALLING us. (800) 909-7060

  • Please do not attempt to fix, repair, modify, or otherwise alter a part without speaking to us first.  DOING SO WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLEID WITHOUT EXCEPTION!!!

  • All warranties are PARTS warranties only.  Labor, equipment rental, and shipping are NOT covered unless specified.
