Features of John Deere “Short Blocks”

• Block is “baked clean”.  This system provides a block that is as clean on the inside as the out.  In addition this process stress relieves the casting. 

• Crankshafts are NEW (except 6414/6068). 

• Connecting rods are rebuilt with new wrist pin bushings and rod bolts, new balancer shaft bushings are installed (4 cylinder only).

• All new piston/liners/rings/wrist pins and o-rings. 

• Reground or new cam and lifter kit are provided (not installed).

• All gaskets needed to complete engine to running configuration, are provided.
