Core Policy

          Our core policy is very simple.  As long as the core is fully assembled and there are NO visible holes or cracks in the block or head, the core is 100% accepted.  Dealers are authorized to make core determination at their respective locations.  Our core charge is meant to encourage customers to return outstanding cores.  The MAXIMUM deduction for a damaged core is one half of the core charge. You will need to put your core on the pallet that it came in on. All fluids will need to be drained out of the core prior to shipment. We pay return freight on the core.
