Features of Rebuilt Case Long Blocks

• Block and head are “baked clean”.  This system provides a block that is as clean on the inside as the out.  In addition this process stress relieves the castings. 

• Crankshafts are usually NEW. If new is not available turned crankshafts are installed

• Camshafts and lifters are reground. 

• Connecting rods are new or  rebuilt with new wrist pin bushings and rod bolts.

• Head is rebuilt with NEW valves, springs, seals and keepers.  Head deck is milled and the valve seats are precision cut to absolute factory spec.

• Rocker arm assemblies are rebuilt and installed. 

• Front gear train is installed and timed. 

• All gaskets needed to complete engine to running configuration, are provided.
